A New Year, a new start

Summer has arrived, Christmas and the New Year are over for another year.

What is 2010 saying to you? Is it time for a change? Are you happy doing what you are currently doing? Are you already on a journey and ready to take the next step?

It doesn’t matter where you are at present, what does matter is that you accept where you are at and go with the flow. It’s doesn’t always happen as we plan it.

In fact I think plans rarely “go to plan”. However, whether we are absolutely loving it or finding the going is tough, this is where we need to draw on our inner strength, our past experiences and our tools for survival, that we have all developed over time.

If you’re sitting there saying what tools? Have a long hard think. I am sure we all have been in situations where we have thought, “what do I do now ?” and a solution usually presents itself.

You may think that there are new things that you would like to experience or learn. Now is the time to investigate and look at what’s out there for you. You may be thinking of a career change. Start looking at Tafe courses available or Reflexology ( I did). You may be thinking about your own self-realisation and further development, courses such as Reiki and meditation may be worth looking into. It’s never too late; I had a career change at 45 and wouldn’t look back. The highs and the lows are all part of the learning experience and that ‘s what life is all about, what lesson are we learning today. Some we embrace, others we would rather do without, but that is not going to stop it from happening.

When we allow things to flow it’s amazing how the universe will provide. However negative thinking and the obstacles we put in our way, will only hinder our possibilities of making it work.

So spend sometime these holidays to think about what you really want and go for it.

REIKI 1 Courses in 2010

I am now able to offer Reiki training courses of a Wednesday evening. Places are still available for the next Reiki 1 Course and they are scheduled for Wednesday evenings from 7:00pm to 10:00pm, on 24th February and the 3rd, 10th and 17th of March, 2010 For details please contact Marita on 9801 5201.
