Marita extended her studies in the healthcare field to qualify as a Reflexologist and Reiki Master. It is with a passion for both these modalities that Marita works to promote better health and wellbeing for all individuals.

What are Reflexology and Reiki ?
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a healthcare modality based on the principles that there are reflex areas on the hands & feet that correspond to the various body systems. Using specific massage techniques, the practitioner works these reflex points to reduce stress and tension, and to promote circulation, health & general wellbeing.
REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese word relating to the universal "life force" .
It is a natural hands-on healing modality where the practitioner places their hands on various positions on the client to promote relaxation, reduce stress & assist with physical and emotional wellbeing .
Marita specialises in assisting people with back and circulation problems. Treatments are designed to improve circulation, reduce stress and improve general wellbeing. All body systems are inter-related and improvements in one area often assist the body to regulate and detoxify, leading to better general health, improved digestion and sleeping; and more energy.
